We had a great vacation in Italy. We very much enjoyed the service you provided for us from Venice to Cinque Terre & return. Johnny, our driver, was very imformative about Italy & the regions. He was very helpful in getting our lost Camera back for us that we left on a MSC Ship. He went out of his way to pick it up at the MSC office in Venice.This was our third use of Benvenuto Limos & you have not let us down yet. The service was very professional & on time. We thank you again & will be in touch for our next Vacation in Italy.

We very much enjoyed our transfer provided by your company. From booking to reaching our destination, the service we received was so professional and well organized. This was especially appreciated after an airport transfer in Rome set up by our apartment host had fallen through the previous week!

The driver who met us at the Naples train station was so kind and helpful - helping with our luggage, telling us information of the area, and helping us find our apartment in Praiano. I want to commend you for the outstanding service provided us by your driver Stefano during our visit to Rome on September 24. We could not have had a more informative and memorable day. Stefano was so knowledgeable and so courteous and so engaging that he will always be part of the fond memories of that visit to Rome. Great driver. Great service.

One other thing – Stefano apparently had some doubts about the performance of the brakes on the car and so had to detour to your service facility on the way in to Rome. In addition to keeping us well informed, everyone was so nice and so courteous to us and so reassuring that the time lost would NOT be lost, that we again felt completely reassured and confident.

Just wanted to tell you my sister and I were very happy with the three drivers (Saverio, Marco and Alex) who drove us around. We particularly liked Marco. He was so solicitous of us - he walked with us and pointed us in the right direction, making sure we got to where we needed to go. He also had many interesting things to tell us about Rome and its history.

Our driver in Sorrento was excellent. His name is Carmine and he got us around Sorrento to Pompeii and Positano safely. He took us to a small family run
restaurant in Positano that served an excellent lunch. I would highly recommend your company and will use your company again, when I get an opportunity to
visit Italy in the future.

Also, I just wanted to let you know that your driver that took us from Livorno to Florence was very good and on time. Everything went very smoothly.

Both of our tours were fabulous; we recommend them to anyone. Benvenuto’s vehicles were in great condition; a/c worked up to American Standards. Your drivers were very knowledgeable and pleasant. The only regret my family has is that they forgot to get a picture with Marco in Rome. He must be the best driver in Rome.

Alberto was attentive, resourceful and knowledgeable. He gave us a lot of information on every place we stopped at as well as places we just drove by. We got a sense that he truly loved his job and he's very proud to be a Roman :) Alberto had a good balance of being very friendly and professional at the same time. Although we had a lot to see in one day, he created a nice atmosphere for us to feel relaxed and leisurely at every place. We would highly recommend him to everyone!
The local restaurant he recommended was spot on. We are foodies, so a truly authentic meal means a lot to us. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality and taste of this place. Grazie Alberto!

I was very happy with the services provided by Benvenuto during my recent visit to Italy (Rome to Praiano, Praiano to Rome transfers and tour of Rome), and have already posted a message on Trip Advisor. The drivers were professional yet friendly, and provided information about the areas we were traveling through. Irene, the guide you provided for my Rome tour was excellent, she really brought the sites we visited to life, my only regret is that I only had time for an afternoon tour of Rome! I just returned from my trip to Italy and I wanted to take the time to email you and say how wonderful both our drivers were. Umberto & Giovanni couldn't have been more pleasant. Umberto arrived late picking us up due to traffic but he was apologetic and professional and, above all, charming - setting the tone for a great drive to Positano. On the way back, our hotel took forever checking us out and Giovanni was patient and gracious waiting for us. Both spent the time pointing out interesting sites and answering all of our questions about Italy (culture, politics, etc). It became even more apparent how exceptional their service was after spending time with drivers from other companies. Please extend our compliments to them and if I can recommend your service in anyway, let me know.

I would like to thank you for the great service in helping us with our booking of private tours!! We toured 7 stops in the Mediterranean and used your services for two of these stops; Rome and Naples.

Alfonso was great and treated us very well...made a couple of stops along the way for pictures. The pickup at the train station was easy. Our friends used your services last week and also and thought the transfer went smoothly.
