My wife, Sonali, and I just returned from a wonderful 2 week Italian vacation. One of the highlights was definitely our 1 day tour of Pompeii, Positano and Sorrento. Our driver, Carmine, was great! He was very friendly and knowledgable and we had a blast spending the day with him. The sights were breathtaking and his recommendation for lunch was one of the best meals we had. Overall, we couldn't have been happier with our Benvenuto experience!

We booked Benvenuto private car and driver in three areas: Naples, Florence and Rome..Each driver was better than the next..We couldn't have been more thrilled..We saw places and learned about the culture in ways we would never have seen on other excursions..We were on a cruise through the Mediterranean and loved having a car and driver waiting for us in port...It's the only way to sightsee!!! A private car can take you places that bus cannot and drop you off right at the site you want to see, picking you up at the same place...The drivers all spoke fluent English and were raised in the areas we toured so they knew shortcuts, tidbits of information and sites to see that others may have not known about. My 2 daughters and I had a fabulousl day traveling from Rome to Florence. Our wonderful drver took us right to the town square in Siena, where we strolled about and had a delicious lunch. We then went to San Gimignano, and even had time for wine tasting before getting to our hotel in Florence. We had planned to take the train to Venice, but decided it would be too difficult with our extra luggage. I called Benvenuto just 2 days before we were to leave, and got the transfer at a much better rate than the concierge had offered. Again we had a very friendly and excellent driver. I would recommend them highly.

5/30/2007 - Our party of three (including my 90 year old mother) had a truly fantastic day touring Pompeii, Positano and Sorrento. Our driver Carmine showed us all around and gave excellent background on the area and the local products. He even made some phone calls to confirm some details about a fountain in Naples that was the center of a beloved

5-29-07, picked up from naples port by carmine ussano, the car was immaculate, the driving superb, i can't begin to express how fantastic our amalfi coast in full tour was. carmine was excellent, he drove perfectly smoothly, was extremely knowledgable about the sights, tailored the tour to our main interest of photography, lunch was excellent, at a restaurant he selected, and had us back to the ship on time, fully satisfied with our tour. i would not hesitate to reccommend your company to anyone who asked, my travel companions feel this day was the highlight day of our 11 day cruise, even topping rome

Giovanni's service in Italy, could not have been better. We used Benvenuto in Florence, Rome and the Amalfi Coast. They made such a difference! We were on a cruise, so time was limited. The drivers were able to show us so much more than the excursions done through the cruise line. We also had a private guide in the Vatican and Pompei, which I would absolutely recommend.

Our drivers were from the area, and they were able to show us the ins and outs of the area. I am looking forward to using Benvenuto again!

Giovanni was the ultimate host- our tour of the Amalfi Coast was truly the best part of our entire cruise vacation! It was pouring down rain, and we still had a great time! Thanks for the memories, we'll be back.

Giuseppe was an excellent guide for all three items we booked. We knew we were in for a wonderful experience because of all the quick professional responses we received thru email. It was incredible to have such a professional, personable, and knowledagble person to start out our Italy trip with the very first hour. Our only regret is we did not use the service for everything. The car was wonderful, all of the knowledge shared made the drives so much more interesting.

Our day on the Almafi Coast was amazing. First, that anyone could drive that careful on that road. Second, we were completely tailored to our wishes. When things were too crowded we whisked away. Everything was handled and all we had to do was enjoy the day.

We are so glad we arranged at the end of the trip to be driven back to Naples because we were helped the whole way thru the train station.

We can't recommend this service highly enough. it was one of the best service experiences we have ever had in all of our travels.

Your tour guide for our trip to Siena was informative and a delight. As we requested, he drove us through the Tuscany area to see the beautiful views of that area. On our way, he stopped at a delightful little town for us to shop or get some refreshments. A Siena, he suggested a wonderful restaurant for lunch and gave us ample time to see Siena and the church. As we had planned, he then stopped at a winery for wine tasting. It was a delightful winery; the people were very hospitable and the wine was delicious. We even bought some!

The tour of Pompeii was also delightful. As you suggested, we took the train from Rome to Naples. Your driver picked us up and took us to the Museum in Naples. He was very entertaining and informative. Then we joined up with our tour guide at the Museum and went to Pompeii where he conducted the tour. It was first-rate. Then, we were driven back to the train station. Everything was perfect.

I will certainly recommend your tour company to our friends for any tours - either standard or customized - to our friends. You were a delight to work with while making our arrangements and the drivers and tours were excellent. Thank you for making our trip to Italy so memorable.

My wife and I recently visited Italy and we cannot put into words what a true blessing it was to have Benvenuto's Guiseppe drive us down the Amafli Coast and Roberto to drive us into and around Rome the following day.

We were amazed at the professionalism shown along with the interest and willingness of each driver to make sure we saw their beautiful country along with any points of interest, picture perfect moments, and to inform us about the history of the area.

Several people from our ship saw the vechicles and drivers as they picked us up at the dock. They also saw us ride up to the tourist sites as they walked up with the tour bus group. Upon our return to the ship questions were being asked as to what we saw and managed to accomplished in each port. Everyone was amazed that we saw all the main areas and had time for a relaxing lunch overseeing the cliffs at Ravello. Everyone then started requesting names and numbers for when they return to Italy with their family, to use Benvenuto Limos.

Using Benvenuto Limos was truly the highlight of our trip to Naples and Rome. We felt completely safe, the vechicles were clean and in great condition, the drivers and staff were professional, and arrangements were very easy to accomplish.

My wife has said several times since returning. I'm sure glad you arranged the tour with Benvenuto, so we didn't have to use a tour bus with forty or so other people.

We have other family members making the same trip next year to Italy, they are already requesting contact information so they too can experience true royality.

Thanks for the wonderful two days we experienced.

We will return and book Benvenuto again.

Pick up from Cruise ship May 2007 by Marco. Saw all Rome extractions in a day with no worries and no crowds. Felt like Royality with the service we were provided. Marco was extremely informative at each stop and took us to some unique cafe's and shops. He was able to park and be dropped off right next to everything. Such a much better option then going on a crowded group tour with crowds, a dictated schedule, and difficult to hear tour guides. We worth the extra money. I have already recommended Benvenuto and Marco to a friend going to Italy in September. (my first day back home) This was my best experience in my life. I will never forget it. Highly recommend this company and Marco.

We have only positive things to say about the service you and your drivers provided. The drive from the Rome airport to Positano was great. We were met by Giovanni at the airport in a professional and cheerful way and the trip was smooth and fast and comfortable. The drive from Positano to Naples via Pompeii was even better. The pickup was on time, the driver (Dominic?) amiable and very professional again, and the conversation was very pleasant. At the train station in Naples, which is very chaotic, our driver did not simply drop us off - instead, he found a place to park his car (!) and took us into the station, made sure our train was on time, figured out which track it left from, and guided us to the Eurostar lounge. We felt that we were in very careful and considerate hands throughout. We will recommend your service to our friends, and would be grateful is you would pass on our thanks from Wendy and me to your two drivers who helped make our trip so enjoyable.

My husband and I used Benvenuto from Naples to Positano with a stop in Pompeii, all organized by email. The driver was prompt, personable, respectful and filled us in on the history of the sites along the way. He also had a wonderful restaurant recommendation in Positano, La Tagliata. We would recommend Benvenuto and use them again if we are lucky enough to return to Italy!

Eight of us, including one in a wheelchair were collected from a cruise ship in May and were treated to a fabulous tour of Rome. The vehicle was spotless and the driver/guide was First Class. Through his local knowledge, we were able to avoid many of the queues, and thus in one day we were able to see most of the classic sites in Rome (The Forum,The Colisseum, The Vatican, St. Peter's and The Trevi Fountain to name a few).
All this was organised by e-mail with superb feedback. Highly recommended!!

We have just returned from a few weeks in Italy. The culmination of our trip were two excursions on the Amalfi Coast, both with Soverio (hope I am spelling correctly!). My wife and I used Benvenuto Chauffeur Services on our recent tip to and from Amalfi/Positano from the Naples area. The service is nothing short of FANTASTIC! We had many challenges with the train we were using to get to Naples and, we called Benvenuto to modify the time. THey were sooo accomodating!!!! We made some changes on the return as well and they were so easy to work with. The cars are very nice and the drivers are AWESOME!!! They are sooo helpful, informative and a pleasure to be with.

We were extremely happy with our excursion to the beautiful Amalfi Coast, our driver was on time, courteous and knowledgeable about the places that we visited. We felt safe at all times on what could no doubt be a dangerous stretch of road and his recommendation of a restaurant in Amalfi proved to be excellent. All in all we were very happy and felt that the day was extremely good value for money.
