Benvenuto chauffeur services provided our transportation from Naples to Praiano. Our drive, Rocco, was waiting when we arrived and promptly took us to the Amalfi Coast. He was very courteous and friendly and we enjoyed talking with him.

We also booked an excursion to Amalfi and Ravello. Our driver, Josephine, was delightful and very knowledgeable about the area. She was on time for each pickup. Her English is limited, but that gave me a chance to practice my Italian. It was fun!

Her husband took us back to Naples through the mountains. The entire Benvenuto family made us feel like we were the most important customers they had. We highly recommend them to any travelers to Italy.

Giovanni was FANTASTIC!! He patiently answered all of my MANY questions and concerns!

Our first day Paulo and our Vatican Guide Serena were truely FANTASTIC!! DO NOT DO THE VATICAN WITHOUT ONE OF THEIR GUIDES!!!!!!!!! We did not wait in line one time and she knew everything and everyone!! SHE WAS AMAZING!!! I will beg for her when we come back.

Max in Florence showed us beautiful places that we didn't even know existed. He was so much fun!

It rained all day for our Rome tour and our guide did a great job in trying to keep us dry. He too showed us places that were unbelievable amazing!! I can't believe we were able to see so much!! He knew everything about the area!!

In Rome we had a slim chance at the Vatican but your driver found a us a guide at the last minute and we got in. What a great tour we had. In September, four ladies, including myself, travelled to Italy. Our trip was absolutely fantastic and the major reason was the wonderful service we received from your company. Our wonderful journey started with Giovanni's personal attention to our trip. I was referred by a friend who had used Benvenuto in June. I emailed Giovanni, he promply emailed me back and I spoke with him personally on the phone. He assisted us in planning our trip. We were picked up at the Rome Airport and transported to our hotel. The next day Octavio took us on an 8 hour tour of Rome. Octavio was wonderful, and so knowledgeable about the history of Rome. Giovanni also arranged for a two hour guided tour of the Vatican Museum, Sistine Chapel, and the Basillica. Octavio took us to a wonderful restaurant that is frequented by the locals, which means it was great!! The next day we were driven to our destination Sorrento. On the way Giovanni suggested seeing Pompeii instead of taking another day for that excursion. He arranged for Gino to tour us through the ruins, a great experience. After lunch we headed to Sorrento for our five day stay. From Sorrento Guiseppe drove us to Positano, Amalfi and Revello. He was such a gentleman, and very informative. He made reservations for us at a restaurant over looking the beautiful Amalfi Coast, the food was very good. We were in search of ceramics so he made sure we hit all the ceramic factories on the Amalfi Coast. We enjoyed him so much we asked to have Guiseppe drive us on our return trip to Rome. Giovanni agreed, so we decided to add a return trip to Positano, have lunch and then head out to Rome. Everyone with this company was just wonderful, and if you go to Italy you must use Giovanni's wonderful company. They were all such gentlemen,very personable, and the transportation impeccable. Thank you so much for making our trip perfect. See you on our next trip to Italy!!!

It was so easy to make arrangements on-line. All of our questions were answered promptly and efficiently and accurately - the services Benvenuto provided exceeded our expectations! We were so impressed with all our drivers/guides (4 transfers plus 4 excursions). We recently returned with a group of 8 couples from a 12 night Mediterranean cruise. We hired Benvenuto limos for Florence, Amalfi coast and Rome. They were, without a doubt, the best investment we ever made. Our drivers were well spoken in English, courteous, professional and wonderful guides as well as good drivers. The last part was important at Almalfi Coast!
The tours exceeded our expectations. We had the best, local experiences that we never would have had on a Ship Excursion, and yet paid much less!

Giovanni was so patient and professional with me as I pestered him for weeks prior and during our cruise with questions, etc.
We all look forward to visiting Italy on land instead of sea and hire the Benvenuto Limo Company for anything we might need.

Our driver was so wonderful! In our much too short ride to the hotel, he gave us useful tips for our stay and made me feel as though we were being picked up by family. He was there to greet us at the train platform so we did not have to look for him. He helped with our luggage and I was so at ease, not having any worries about getting a taxi. It is worth every penny to hire a private driver especially when they treat you like family. I will definitely use your service again when I come to Rome.

My family recently had the pleasure of using your services during our Mediterranean cruise. Friends of the family recommended your company to us and we booked your services both in Rome and for the Almafi Coast. Both of our drivers, Andreas in Rome and Carmine in Positano, were absolutely wonderful tour guides. Their English was much better than our Italian and they were both extremely courteous and very helpful. Not only did they recommend places to see, but they also took the time to elaborate on places or in certain areas that they thought we might enjoy. Your company is one that I will definitely recommend to anyone that is planning a trip to Italy. Arrived at Naples train station and was met by our driver for our transfer to Positano. Very professional, polite and and gave us all the local information on our drive down the coast. On our return journey we were met by our driver at 5am so not much conversation on our part, but the driver seemed very cheery for such an early pick up. Would highly recommend.

We had a most enjoyable experience with our drivers. Maximillian in Florence and Remo in Rome. We were picked up at the cruise terminals and driven to the cities. Excellent drivers in both cases, patience prevailed and wonderful stories. Both proficient in English and history and very well mannered. Don't know how we would have navigated this territory without them. I booked them online from recommendations on Cruise Critic.com and would do it again in a heartbeat.

Carmine picked us up at Naples port. We should have been picked up at Sorrento but because of the bad weather we docked in Naples. He took us to Ravello first then along the Amalfi coast which is just breathtaking!! Then on to see Positano which is just beautiful. Carmine is an excellant driver, so polite and informative about his beloved Italy, not to mention how handsome he is!! We plan to do another visit to this coast and would love to use your services again. Many thanks.

We were thrilled with our tours in Florence and Rome. Massimo in Florence and Manny in Rome were beyond expectations. Both were wonderful guides, pleasant and enjoyable to be with. We have just returned from our short break to Naples. I am not one to normally write letters of commendation but, I felt that you should be congratulated on the services your company offers
Your website was informative and accurate.... Which at times is the biggest worry when booking on line , from the initial communication by telephone , where you helped plan our itenary, through to confirming that all our details and requests had been correctly interpreted , we were handled in a professional and courteous way.
Giuseppe our driver met us at the pre-arranged time, the vehicle was clean and tidy, and his manners were impeccable, The standard of driving in Naples is at the best of times entertaining however at rush hour it borders on suicidal.... My wife is a nervous passenger.... Never once did he give her any cause for concern or worry.
I must say that the complete trip was a total success, that success in part is due to you and your staff, WELL DONE !! I wish you all the best for the future and feel sure that your business will grow if you maintain the high standards you have clearly demonstrated you can achieve.

Just wanted to send a note to thank you for all of your professional service. From our boat transfer with Roberto in Venice to our car transfer to Napoli Centrale with Michael, it was just perfect. Both men were full of information on the towns and history and just generally pleasant. Michael brought us directly to our platform helping us make our way through the crowded train station. We were there in plenty of time to meet with our cousins from Naples. We can’t thank you enough for translating on the phone for us. We could not have met with them otherwise.

The tour of the three towns on the Amalfi Coast was one of the highlights of our trip. My favorite town was Ravello. We enjoyed your company and your knowledge of the area and its history. The day from beginning to end was perfect including the restaurant you chose for us for lunch. We definitely got a feel for la dolce vita in Italy.

Hopefully, we will be back soon to visit Southern Italy. You will be the first person we contact before planning our trip.

We recently returned home after a cruise from Barcelona to Venice on Celebrity's Millenium. Without a doubt, one of the best decisions we made was to book private tours in Florence, Rome and Naples using the services of Benvenuto Limos. In all ports, we were picked up exactly at the agreed time, we saw as much as could possibly be seen in each of these cities due to the good advice of our driver, and were returned to the ship in lots of time before departure. Massimo in Florence showed us his city, giving good advice on what to see and what not to see given our time constraints. Alessandro in Rome was outstanding - warm, friendly and very knowledgeable. We saw it all, were able to avoid long line-ups by buying tickets at the right places, and feel we saw as much of the fabulous city of Rome as could possibly be seen in a day.

We then enjoyed a day touring Pompeii and Positano with Giovanni. He arranged a wonderful private tour guide for Pompeii - She was charming, very knowledgeable, and helped us learn a lot about this wonderful old city buried in 79 AD. Giovanni then took us for lunch to a great restaurant which overlooked Positano, after which we toured and shopped in the town.

Bottom Line - I'd highly recommend Benvenuto to anyone travelling to Italy - In our opinion, we received excellent service, helpful advice, and great value. Next time we're in Italy, we'll use them again!
